Overseas Property Club

Industry Real Estate has joined forces with a collection of IFA specialists to form the Overseas Property Club (OPC), designed for existing and prospective overseas property homeowners.

The affinity group – which has access to international lawyers in no fewer than 43 different countries - has been set up in order to guide people through some of the various issues relating to buying and maintaining a property overseas. The new club will offer advice on a range of topics, including financial, legal, insurance, taxation, property management and foreign currency matters.

The Club has access to number of IFA's who can provide a free financial review for anyone looking to buy property abroad, as well as existing overseas homeowners. We are proud to offer impartial advice and our commitment is to make the Club a 'one-stop shop' for all financial, legal and insurance needs relating to property.”
